Please be sure to take actions to make the general public, media and all of your representatives (on up to and including the President of the United States and his Attorney General) aware of Terri's true plight and the injustices which have been allowed to occur. Below is some very brief cursory information (please see News & Links, FAQ, for more info.):
- Michael Schiavo from practically day one on the paperwork listed Terri as being VEGETATIVE so as to later on be able to seek her murder by stipulating more than 8 years later (5 years after a malpractice lawsuit stipulating her rehabilitation in order to win significant amounts of money for himself and her care) that he remembered that Terri said she would not want to live artificially or hooked to machines.
- George Felos, an attorney who he retained in his campaign to have Terri killed, perjures himself in state and federal court proceedings (see Oct. 10th federal transcripts of hearing before Judge Lazzara) and says that Terri said "No tubes for me!" He was Chairman of the Board of the Hospice where Terri is currently being held hostage and denied rehabilitation. Felos stepped down from that position to avoid the “appearance of impropriety”. His dealings with Michael Schiavo were before the fact. Mr. Felos is, in part, responsible for the amending of a particular law that allows pulling of feeding tubes, etc. This was part of the plan in their attempt to have Terri Schindler murdered.
- Terri is neither vegetative nor in a permanent vegetative state (PVS) yet the courts allowed her to be diagnosed as such under the guardianship of corrupt Pinellas Pasco Judge George Greer. Terri is a person first. Secondly she is a person living with a brain injury. She is disabled. She is not a vegetable, but a human being.
- A previous Guardian Ad Litem in the case, Richard L. Pearse, was fired by Judge George Greer at the behest of Attorney George Felos because Pearse had reported that there were conflicts of interests involved in the case on the side of Michael Schiavo's hearsay evidence that Terri would not want to live artificially, etc..
- Judge George Greer became Terri's Guardian Ad Litem who subsequently did everything in his power to have Terri's feeding tube removed on at least two occasions, the last culminating in a 6 day dehydration / starvation debacle which put a blight on the face of the State of Florida.
To get the desired geometrical progression in regards to the Terri Schindler Life Ribbon campaign, it is recommended that you notify as many people as possible about it, telling them to post the code (outlined above) to their websites/webpages, etc. and to tell them to do the same thing anent contacting as many people as they can and so on. Also there is a suggestion that you can either tie an actual green plaid ribbon or green ribbon around a tree or put the ribbon in any other appropriate place. Green represents life and plaid represents diversity.
